Ager kisi zadad ke four owner hai aur ek dead ho jai aur uske two son hai to OOS zadad mai equal roop se kine owner honge

Us jaydad ke four share hi rahenge three share Will be of three alive co owners whereas fourth share will go to two sons of decreased fourth owner . Sons of deceased owner will get fourth share of their deceased father

Upon the death of one of the co-owners, the interest in the property does not pass to the other co-owners but to the person named in the will of the deceased or to the legal heirs of the deceased co-owners as per the Succession Law, who will then become a tenant-in-common with the surviving co-owners.
