Venerated Sir,
I would like to inform you that as per the Amendment of Hindu succession Act, girl have right in the ancestral property and she can claim her right at any time. As you averred in your query that your uncle died unmarried and his property returned in name of your father, hence as per the law your sister can claim her shares in that property. If you will provide me more information then I can assist you better under law. Feel free to call me.
