can my married sisters of my father claim my big uncle property...bing uncle is unmarried and no will

As per urs query ur sister is married and ur uncle is unmarrried and has no will.The property of urs uncle cannot be transferred to urs sister as she is not daughter ,hence her right doesnt evoke.To have right over his property she has tobe born daughter.
