Share of daughter and widow in ancestral property

17-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
My father has died in 2016 without any registered partition deed or without any will . He has inherited a plot of land from his father. After his death , we are two brothers and one sister and mother as successors. I wanted to ask How much percentage of share in a ancestral plot of land would be for me as a daughter and how much percentage to my widow mother.

You all are grand CHILD so your ancestral property will be equally shared but MOTHER is widow so it is responsible for all the members should take care of mother so you and your brother and sister mutually take a decision for MOTHER.

After death of your father property shall be distributed to father, each brother and sister equally. And share of your father then distributed to two brothers and sister and widow mother equally. sister is also coparcener after 2005 amendment.therefore she has equal share as male member of family.
