Share in property of my father who created a will abd i came to know m

some days before i came to know that my father wrote a registered will in favour of my brothers and he died after five days .
In the will i have not got any right is the property as well as my mother.
My father never was in favour of female right in the property.
So how can me and my mother claim our right?
first, you will have to determine the nature of property, whether it is self-acquired or HUF property. you can take further steps according to that. the will can be contested but it varies as per the facts and circumstances of each case.
