the percentage on which the court fees is decided by the local government of the state, so it will be between 1-3% of the property value, also there is a legal provisions, which says Possession of one co-owner is possession of all, It's not just a principle. It decides how you plead and what court fee you pay. If a plaintiff is truly out of possession, court fee is on the market value of the share. But when the property is with another co-owner, the law treats the plaintiff as being in constructive possession even without physical control. That single distinction changes everything. In such cases, the plaintiff must plead constructive possession.
