Servent Not Vacating Quarter After Relieved From Job

15-May-2023 (In Property Law)
I had provided accommodation in 1 room in my other property to a servent of mine . The property was empty so i kept him and his family as care takers. They also worked in my present residence. Now i have relieved them from duties since they were not working properly and misusing my property but they are not Vacating the room. I have reminded them many times but they say that they have no money and lost other works due to lockdown. They cannot find new work also and they will leave once they have money and work. Please help how to proceed from here.

If property belongs to you then no other person can occupy it without your consent or against your will. In this you can definitely file a complaint in a police station and the local police will help you to vacate your premises. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact. Thanks

You have not mentioned whether any agreement was executed between you and your servant regarding the said property anyhow if you are the owner and he is your servant and you have given the property to your servant you can file a suit of mandatory injunction against your servant ,first of all I request you to send legal notice if you want to discuss this issue in detail please call me

Hello Sir, You can file suit for eviction as they are living in the property without your authorization. So, you can go ahead with issuing a notice and if they do not leave the premises then you can move to Court for seeking the same remedy.
