Selling self acquired property

I am a 84 year old woman. I have 2 daughters, one lives with me, the other is a US citizen. Do I need their permission to sell my house, which I built on land purchased by myself ? Buyer wants noc from the one who has settled abroad.
To give opinion it is necessary to know whether you are the absolute owner of that property or not and whether there is registered Deed of purchase in your favour. If you wish to have teleconsultation upon online payment, then can Whatsapp.

If the land is purchased by you then you do not need to take permission from anyone. And, as you do not need permission from anyone to sell or to do anything on the property, no NOC will be needed to sell the property.
