Selling parents house after both father and mother have passed away

20-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
My father left has a will for us 2 brothers and both of us agree on selling the house. House has 2 floors and each floor is named to 2 brothers. Mother passed away in 3 years ago and father 2 years ago. What is the process involved? Is there any likely issue involved? Thanks

Take surviving member certificate from the concerned authorities and corroborate the same with the will. No need to approach the court as will in respect of property in question and affinity of you brothers is enough to dispose off the property. Go ahead.

there will be no issue in selling the property because both of you brothers have equal consent to sell the property. so you can do that. after the death of the parents the property belongs to both of you. so it doesn't matter how you guys will deal with the property. you can sell the property at any time.
