Selling house that is co owned with my brother

I have a house co-owned with my brother, now I want to sell my part of the house, but my brother doesn't want to sell his part of the house as he is staying there and also do not want to buy my part of the house. What can I do in this situation?

Now you want to sell it n your brother doesn’t want it to get sell nor he wants to buy your share ..for that u need to file suit for partition, possession, injunction and damages …plz b in touch
