self acquired property right in case of second marriage

13-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
Hindu Family. My elder uncle passed on 2022, He has two marriages. My Aunt (first wife) was aware of that fact in the past 15 years but never disclosed it due to societal pressure. We informed recently after a dispute over his moveable properties (FD, MF, PPF) mainly cash components in the bank. For all those moveable properties nominee is the first wife. But the second wife informs that A will remains in the second wife's name.N.B. My grandmother is still alive and holds property rights/will to all shared properties. Which was self-acquired by my grandfather1. Is a second wife have any rights to ancestral property? ( All are self-acquired by Grandfather and nominated for grandmother)nn2. What will happen with the self-acquired properties in Bank? Which are nominated in favour of the first wife but as per saying willed in favour of the second wife.
