seeking advice against the miss case in court related to West Bengal

09-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)
My grandfather bought land in 1981 and we are using the land for 40 years. Now suddenly a parson related to the former owner is claiming that the land was illegally bought and the seller back then did not have any rightful share. They have filed a case and they have the required documents. what are the chances of losing the land? we also have all the records of land.

do you have original documents and records of the land with you and since you are living there for almost 40 years then you will only be the owner of that land as it is ancestral property of yours bought by your grandfather
