Save property (in my mother and my name) during my brother's divorce

Things have soured in my brother's marriage with his wife invoking section 498 a month back . They will mostly get a divorce but his wife has still not asked for it. I live in a flat which is under my mother's and my name . Have been paying EMIs since 2014 directly from my account . We want to protect my property under her forceful entry ( if at all possible ) during the divorce or tussle between my brother and his wife. They live in a separate rented flat . We dont have any communication / relationship with her since 4 years.
If the property ownership is in your name then don't worry.
but without detail discussion and document review proper consult is not possible.
