Dear Sir/Madam,
My Mother's Brother has sold the pagdi room and also taken the sale proceeds which was in the of my Mother in law without my Mother concent and knowledge. Now I have personally sent the notice to my brother demanding the details of buyer and sale documents and sale proceeds within 10 days.
Please let me know can I demand the sale proceeds money along with
interest as now 3 months have expired brother taking the sale proceeds. And if yes what should be the rate of interest.
