Sale of land by misrepresentation of fact /impersonation

Zamini khatiyan in the name of two brothers, Krishna Pratap Singh and My father Arjun Prasad Singh,but having same demand.In khatiyan they have equal share in property,but after death of Krishna Pratap Singh,there sons Rudra Pratap Singh and Pankaj Pratap Singh ,by attaching forged sahamati patra of Arjun Prasad Singh has sale the land, even now selling the land,more than his share.We have land in Jharkhand , district: Latehar.We have total 22 ekad of land, having different values, having 50% share both of them according to Hindu succession Act 1956,but in their 50% share,they have chosen to sale land having high value,rest remaining 50% land having low value.I have also filed partition suite, but court is delaying the process from 12 years.I want to hire expert property lawyer,to solve this matter as early as possible
