PLS ADVICE I SOLD MY HOSUE FOR 22 LAC COZ I WAS IN DEBT...BUYER HAS GIVE ME 12 LAC ONLY BUT IN AGREEMENT IT IS WRITTEN 15 LAC ND REST UPON FINAL REGISRTY... NOW I HAVE BETTER BUYER FOR 30 LACS....ND I WANT TO BACK OUT..... This current buyer has given me 12 lac in pieces nd is not giving the 3 lac as written in agreement pls advice
You can strictly forfiet the money given by him as it is violation if real estate act.. even he try to knock the doors of tribunal the new act will decide the case in 60 days..and also any appeal in further 60 days.

dear client, if you wrote and signed the agreement of 15 lacs , then you are liable to pay the amount. But if you will file a suit regarding this, you can get the benefits of lack of agreement and may win the case. please contact with a lawyer to find the same.
