Sale deed executed in 2018 using Unregistered GPA dated 1995

My query is a Sale Deed Executed in the year 2018 on the basis of unregistered GPA dated 1995 is valid or not ? As some of the judgements I was going through online it is written that all the Unregistered GPA of before 2011 are valid and can be used to transfer the property. Please throw some light on this issue. Also I would like to bring in your notice that in the above issue that the GPA is forged and owner never made any GPA and GPA holder has lodged a FIR of GPA lost and also the GPA is not there in the Sub Registrar Records.

this sale deed executed will be invalid
transpher through gpa is valid but there are clauses which hav eti be follwed.
in ur case FIR allready registeted .
so its a matter of fraud so you need to fight the case for this sale deed

Well the above stated circumstances add up to a disputed question of law and fact. The same may be tried and decided in a civil Court. Connivance if any must be proved in the Court. Further and better particulars are needed for an effective opinion.

Hello, I have perused your query. Sale deed / GPA coupled with possession has to be registered with some amount of stamp duty payable on it.
