Sale deed cancelleation and 420 regarding query

29-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
Dear sir/mam, I had purchased a plot in pune rural area via developer as intermediate person. Developer had done a visar pawati with land owner and I transferred the land amount to developer. Then developer executed a sale deed between me land owner an him self transferring right to me. But later the cheques mentioned in sale deed given by developer to land owner got bounced. Post bounce land owner didn't file complaint against cheque bounce and asked builder to send amounts directly via bank transfer. After recieving more than 80 percent of agrrement amount from developer the land owner came to me and asked for full 100 percent amount in sale deed and said if I do not pay he will cancel the sale deed. Developer is not ready to pay remaining 20 percent amount to land owner. What step shoud I take in that case? Will the sale deed get cancelled ? Can I file complaint under section 420 IPC for fraud against builder and land owner as despite getting 80 percent amount he is asking full.
