i broke a sale agreement ,returned the money to the party but not taken original agreement copy. after 1 year party filed a suit demanding me to execute the agreement with a loss of 25 lakhs. what to do?
hi first need to see the contents of the case and plaint filed by him in the court and its averments are false then you could file written statement in the case and also for rejection of plaint to dismiss the suit
