I am a married woman and my grandparents have three son. Elder one is father and two are my uncle. My grandparents purchase a house and allow to my father to live in that property. Later on time my grandparent had purchase another property with the ownership of my grandmother. My grandfather was expired in the 1990 year and my grandmother was expiring in the 2011 year. The first property was sold and ownership of second property is transfer to my father. Now please suggest me that:- 1. Can i claim for my share in the amount which received from first property selling amount. 2. Can i claim

Yes you can. You should file a partition suit before the civil court. Your father inherited the property which is ancestral one and he is inherited in 2011 after the death of your grandmother. Law of the land says, Married girl has also a right in inherited property but that right is recognised after the amendment takes place i. e. 2005 . It is prospective legal right and your case is falling under that category. So make up your mind first and file a case. There might be chances that your father is trying to create third party interest in the property. If that happened, it will harm your case. Revert me . All the best.

Yes! You have every right over the property if property is ancistral. Even if it is sold and you were major at the time of selling of the property and you have not given your concent for sell then it is irregur sell and you can now sue the reponsible person for this sell.
Thanks and regards
