Rights of grandchildren in the self acquired property of grandfather

sir, i want know the property share of dependents after death of a person who is having widow mother(70),wife(36),two minor children(boys 10,8 yrs)and one married younger brother. property type self acquired. family Indian Hindu. what are rights of a grand children in self acquired property of grand mother. thank u sir

The succession rules are different for Males and Females. Kindly clarify me whether the died is male or female, then I can answer your query. coming to second query, grand children will not have any right on the property of grand mother.

As per the Hindu Law all the legal heirs of deceased have equal right in the property, Grand children can claim only their parent share if that share not paid to their parents ,
