Rights of daughter in father's self acquired property
08-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
Dear Sir
After death of my mother My father buy a property in my second mother name. Now my second mother want to give all property to her children.
How can I take my rights. Hindu
DEAR QUESTIONER
If property tends to self acquired property then you have no right to challenge as because vendor as a selfacquired owner can sell or transfer to anyone which does not effect succession law. However, if your father is no more then challenge on one group that step mother have no income to buy the property and it is father property hence you have right as legal heir thereon.
Dear questioner first of all don't worry and tell me your ful litigation thereafter I will suggest to better for more information you may contact with me through my mobile and email id also
