Rights of daughter in fathers ancestral property through will

my grandfather died in 2002 & gave will of our house to dad. both his sisters have caused enough trouble for us since then. now my father wants to make will of that house to me. i am his only daughter. will his sisters have any legal right to claim for that house after my dad makes will of house in my name?? pls advise needed urgently. thanks.

Ur father have own this property by registered will by ur grand father.
If this property got ur grand father by his father then ur buwa (father sister) have some rights.
But if this property owned ur grand father self then only ur father and u are eligible to get this property.

we have readout your query very carefully, hum aapko bateye yadi property dadaji ne banayi aur aapke wo papa ke name likh ke gye to wo property aapke papa ke name ho gayi lekin yadi property bhai bhen sab ka rights hota hai , but yadi lekin ab aapke papa ke name ho gayi hai to ab unki wish wo kisko de property
