Right to claim a share in the self acquired property of the father

Can I claim my part in my father's property as that property has been acquired by my father from my grandparents? I am married, got 2 Children and am 27 years old. Thanks a lot in advance.

Yes you can make a suit for division of Ancestral property only. Please collect the details of property and suit a good advocate of same field. So need not to worry about anything you can get your property.
