Right of Property share of younger brother

If the property was purchased by the elder brother through his own name but at the time of purchase the property mother give money and mother was expire the younger brother can claim any share.

no younger brother can not claim out of this property any claim ss this property has been given by mother to her elder son by her own sweet will. The amount given wil be treated as gift to elder brother out of which he had purchased the entire property.
However some experienced Advocates can see a hole in this story and by help of that you can file and win your case of getting a portion for you depending how many brother and sisters do you has as the order will be pro rata base.

no the brother cannot claim any share in the property the brother cannot claim anything in this case the brother only has a right on 50% share of the current assets of mother but has no right on any thing in your name

Hello sir I have perused your query. In this matter if the property was purchased by the elder brother then it becomes the self acquired property of him and thus younger brother cannot claim his share or any share in the same according to the laws of Hindu Succession Act.
