Good morning sir, You have an interesting important question. Don't worry. When your grandfather executed Will Deed in favour of your father bequeathing house property to him, now other daughters who are sisters of your father have no right to claim any share in the house property and they cannot blackmail. However, you can contact local lawyer to get better advice and file any suit or application to protect your house property given by grand father.

If your grandfather have written vilunama, it is good. But is the property self earned by your grand father? if he has written a vilunama for ancestral property then your aunts can challenge the vilunama and ask for partition any time but limitation can be checked if you can share more details like vilunama, marriage dates of your aunts etc.,

if the will is in presentation and it will come into force after the death of your grand father and the devolution of property will be done as per the terms and conditions of the will if any property is not covered then it will as per act
