you should immediate file permanent injunction not to disposes forcefully and not to alienate the property in question.
thereafter you have to claim your share out of the property by saying that you have also contributed in such property.

Your question is a bit confusing so i will try to answer what i can make out. From what I understand, you and your son and wife are right now staying with your father and he has told you to leave the house and find an accommodation for yourself. The first question to be answered here is who is the owner of the house where you all are staying? If it is in either of your parent's name then they can ask you to move out by law. Now the second important question is what is the reason for father to be asking you to leave the home? Is it a normal request to you to make it on your own or he has become angry because of something that has happened between you and your father? If it is the latter, then you can try to resolve the same by sitting down and talking it out. If that doesn't work, then the legal way is to go for mediation or conciliation where an unbiased facilitator helps both of you resolve your differences and help you live together peacefully. For this you can make an application to the mediation center in your city/ closest city as i don't know where you live.

At the end I can only say that whoever has the ownership of the property on paper has the right to ask other people to leave the same.
