02-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
My father purchased property in his name by making payment in cash in court .when he was just above 18 years ,in around 1968 no family member helped him in buying ,so there is nothing mentioned In sale deed about any other family members,it is clearly written in sale deed by the person from whom my father bought that ,the right to sale and use the property belongs to my father and his successor means his wife son or daughter ,.my question is that is there any right of my uncle or his siblings over my property all my uncle is elder to my father ,and they are dead ,their siblings is looking for their right .we are the only one who is taking care of land and property .

If sale deed is clear and self explanatory about the right and title of the land, the question does not arise to claim the property by someone else, either by elder brother or his legal heir. If your cousins tak the matter in to court, you can prove your title through the document.

If your uncle or his siblings want share in your father's self acquired property, they have to prove that property belongs to hindu undivided family and property purchased through means of hindu undivided family.
