Right of a married daughter in her fathers property

MY HUSBAND IS INSISTING ME TO FILE A CASE AGAINST MY FATHER'S PROPERTY, IF I AM ABLE TO DO THAT OR NOT. MY FATHER HAD DONE WILL FOR HIS TWO SONS.

A man can dispose of his self-acquired property as per his choice. So although the daughters are also legal heirs in father's property but that would be applicable only if the father died intestate but in the present case as your father has transferred the property by way of will so the same would remain valid if the will is genuine and has not been obtained by fraud.
