Removing wife's name from property

I have purchased a house in pune jointly with my wife. But now she is planning to buy her own property and I want to remove her name from the loan and property.

you have to make register release deed in favour of you. and make application to bank for release her name on property. where is in pune? is it flat or bungalow? any more information you can call me. thank you

For transfer of her share in the property you can go for either of the following documents:
1. Release Deed or
2. Gift Deed
Once her name is removed by executing either of the above documents, you can apply to bank for removal of her name from loan account. For further inquiry you can contact me.
