Remove name of Co-ower from joint property

15-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
Hi, me and my aunt had jointly bought an apartment in mumbai in 2013 - 1st name is mine. The property is under re-development and ready for possession. I wish to settle the apartment only in my name or remove aunt's name and add my mother's name in the said property. Is it possible and what would be the procedure.

Your aunt will have to release her share in the property and accordingly you can have the property entirely onto your name however she will have to bear the cost for executing such an agreement in your favour
