Remove name from Agreement to Sell

My self and my mother have entered into an Agreement to sell with a builder. The building is still under construction and the possession is expected only after 2024. I have not availed any loan from any bank. Now I want to remove my mothers name from the Agreement. Please suggest as to what I should do

If the Agreement to Sale is registered, the ideal way to release Mother's name is to execute a Guft Deed between your Mon and Yourself, wherein you will get her 50% share in her interest and also save the Stamp Duty on the instrument/ Gift Deed. You have to bear a minimum registration fee.
