Remedy if not able to get the share from the property of parents

We are two daughters.My parents having own earned property. Now they decided to sale it. But they to give 90% ofhare to my sister only. What can I do it now.
How your sister has got 90% of share and on what basis are you talking about ? Any registered documents executed in her favor? Is your father alive or not ? If he is alive, you cannot claim any of his right over his self earned property unless he has executed any deed in favor of you. If you need any further clarification pl contact me.

As far as the self earned property is concerned, the owner of such property can do anything, likewise your parents can sell the property and they can give the sale amount as said by you is valid and you cannot legally claim that amount. Ok
