Remedy from nuisance being created on the terrace

I am a top floor flat resident & facing problems with my roof because terrace is a common area where people can dry anything. They have damaged terrace so much that my ceiling's damaged. This law seems unjust. Terrace could be common if there's another terrace on top and its not my roof. This law needs a change, helping many top floor owners.
Do you have flat association at your flat then contact them and file your complaint or contact your builder and let him know about the same. What is your sale deed clause and conditions says about damage part and how a builder is liable for this. Didn't you check all this while purchasing the flat, it might be your ignorance or irresponsibility as you have not observed all this with the concerned persons before buying.

get the MOU of the association of flat owners. get the sale deed. Without studying those, it will be incomplete answer. Lodge a complaint with association to take action. If no action taken by association, approach court
