Relinquishment deed can be revoked?

10-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)
After my grandfather demise, my father and his three sisters, signed a relinquishment deed in favour of my grandmother. Later, recently, my grandmother died, naming her daughters in the will. Can it be possible to transfer a property to someone's name, who has given up his/her share once through registered relinquishment deed?

Yes this transfer is valid in law however you can challenge the same on the ground of relinquishment deed signed by her, before appropriate forum. Ground of challenge will depend upon the case you setup

You can’t revoke relinquishment deed until there is a question of law, but then you can challenge the WILL in the court as it was made by grandma under the undue influence and with unsound mind etc if it was made during her old age and if u think that could be the reason ..b in touch
