Dear Sir,

You need to file a case seeking a declaration from the court that you are the owner of the property and your relatives have no right or if they have a right then you must file a suit for partition of the property.

Thanks

The only way how to end the conflict once and for all is to file a suit for partition and getting the property divided by metes and bounds.

Please see that your query is not that specific. Please explain as to how you are related to this property and who are the relatives who have been fighting over the property.

As per the current understanding, please move to the court for partition of the property instead of sending complaints to the police as this seems to be a civil dispute.

Your question is not clear as to whether or not the property is undivided jointly owned by others. Do they have any right or not. Who is in occupation of the same and in what capacity etc are required to be examined to answer your question. If you want stay from dispossession you can file suit for injunction.

See it all depends upon the nature of the property and who is in the possession of the property and accordingly the case can be filed for the same be it injunction I.e. stay from dispossession and any other thing.
