13-Dec-2023 (In Property Law)
greetings sir?mam, im from tirupati...In my village there is a home which is on my grandmas name..even the electricity bill comes on her name, so one person in our village who is a far relative to us thretaning us he has a fake documents and he is scaring us by using abusive words...he is not letting us to own our property. even we thought to complaint police but he has little influence there and he is threating us like will kill you.so please give me an advice how to handle this situation, Thank You
As per your statement the property is in your grand mother name and current bills also comes in her name it shown that your grand mother having title and possession over the property. Now if your grand mother alive she should file suit for injection against the person who threading or interfering your possession. If your grand mother is not alive a suit can be instituted by her legal heirs
Hi,
Is your grand mother alive now if so then you file suit for injunction and make the person as defendant and get a restraining order against him so that whatever influence he may have if you have title and being the legal heir. If he has created any documents then the same can be challenged too.
