Dear Sir, Im belongs to Shedule Tribe from Bhumij Caste. I want to buy any tribal land.. Can i prurchase those land, Kindly suggest me

As per the Chotnagpur Tenancy Act you have right to purchase the ST land within your district because Section 46 of CNT ACt provides right to ST to purchase ST land with the permission of the District Collector then after you can file registry. Feel free to call through lawrato. Give me feedback..

You can purchase the land as per the Act applicable. In Jharkhand tribals are governed by CNT Act where there is restriction of purchase vis-a-vis prior permission of DC is required and generally permission is granted for tribals in same police station.
