relase of funds of late father

my father was a manager at a company but due to covid we lost him, now a company of paying a total of 45-50 lakh (ppf, gratuity, 3years salary, full and final payment) but my mother has left us due to bad influence by her maternal relatives and now she is willing to take all the money. in the records of company my father has by mistake only nominated my mother as a nominee and due to this she is not willing to pay us a single penny (we are 2 sons of her) neither she is paying our school fees now is there any way to help us??
Nominee is custodian of property movable or immovable , on behalf of all legal heirs. So eventhough your mother receive the money , you as a son/ daughter have equal right in that money. Send one notice to the company that without succession certificate donot release the money in favour of mother.

You can file complaint to company that not to pay all economic claims of your died father. You are also legal heir of your dead father.
Therefore send legal notice to company not to issue payment sole to your mother.
You can file application for succession certificate of having jurisdiction of your area.
