There is plot in Ghaziabad and builder has not done registry of plot from last 30 years what to do, is there any risk of land kabza, upto what time we can file case for not doing registry

12 years have been passed which is the time limit for filling of a civil case against any one. now it is not the builder who is sleeping. it is you who is sleeping over your own rights. actually you do not have any requirement of that plot so it's just better to leave as it is.
