Registration of property in the absence of developer

Hello, I bought a flat of 600 sqft in Baranagar area in Kolkata in 2016 but couldn't do the registration of the property. Now the developer of the property has fled (he was accused in some illegal cases) a year ago. Now I am willing to do the registration process of the property. How can I do it now?
do you have the agreement paper with you it will be a proof for you as per the developer has fled away from that place do you know his legal heirs for rest details you can contact me what is your jurisdiction...

As per your query in law rato,.you need to file a case in consumer forum and the court has the power to do the registration of the property. Without court it is not possible to do the registration of the property.
