Registered Power of attorney document

I have 20years old registered power of attorney document on which by mistake i took someone signature under witness column on original Documents. What need to be done now? Can i simply cross the sign? Is my Document still valid as per law.? Please help..

POA does not confer any title to any person like POA holder. POA also get expire on the death of executant of POA. your mistake of taking signature on original document amount to fabrication and misdeed. By crossing the sign would complicate the matter. just avoid and donot mention about your misdeed to any person.
