मेरी पैतृक संपत्ति बेचने का रजिस्टर्ड एग्रीमेंट हुआ था, जिसमें 50% धनराशि के साथ 7 महीने के समय अंतराल में बाकी राशि देना तय हुआ था, 7 महीने बाद कुछ राशि और देकर 2 महीने का समय बढ़ाया गया, 2 महीने बाद फिर से कुछ राशि देकर 2 साल का समय बढ़ाया गया, 6 september 2024 को 2 साल का समय पूरा हो गया तथा किसी प्रकार की राशि का लेन दें वा कोई कानूनी प्रक्रिया नहीं हुई, अब मुझे इस इकरारनामे को रद्द करने के लिए क्या करना चाहिए

आपको विपक्षी पार्टी को यानी कि जिनके साथ आपका इकरारनामा हुआ था उनको एक नोटिस के माध्यम से यह सूचित करना होगा कि हमारे आपके बीच में इन शर्तों पर एक इकरारनामा हुआ था क्योंकि सितंबर 2024 में पूरा हो गया लेकिन आपने इकरार नमी के हिसाब से जमीन की खरीदारी नहीं की है नोट इसमें उनका 15 दिन का समय देते हुए आप उनको नोटिस भेजिए अगर वह उसका कोई जवाब नहीं देते हैं जा जमीन नहीं खरीदते हैं तो इकरार नामा रद्द माना जाएगा
