GPA after gift deed is not valid,. by virtue of the gift deed, daughter become the absolute owner of the property, so GPA holder will not have right over the property. daughter has to give the paper publication to intimate the public that she is the owner hy virtue of the Gift Deed and any transactions based on the GPA will not be binding her

No, the general power of attorney will not be valid. The daughter got the property from her mother on a Registered Gift Deed. If the Gift Deed was not registered then there would be chances of non-consideration. The Registered Gift Deed prevails over General Power Attorney as it was done after the gift deed.

After gift deed is registered , GPA for same property is generally not valid. But that son might be thinking of creating some mischief. Right now daughter need not reclaim ownership, as she is owner now.
