Regarding third floor with roof rights

I am the owner of third floor with roof rights .so other floor members are preventing us for making a store room over there .so plz guide us
In This case, we will have to see if there is any agreement to the contrary, if not you can go ahead with you claim regarding construction of the Store Room.

Right to make a construction on a property basically comes from title documents executed in your favour. let me read your chain of title documents. Then also there is MDP which comes in your way, which is also to be dealt with. engage and consult lawyer. meet him in person.

Though u r owner of roof but that doesn’t give u right to construct the room bcoz u can’t construct anything with the sanction plan from municipal …if u try to construct this will be illegal construction n enchroachment
