Dear client, based on your question if your tenant has not paid rent and locked the house and left for an extended period (4 months in your case). You may need to send legal notice, staying the breach of rental agreement due to non-payment of rent and abandonment of your property. Hope this answer helps you and feel free to contact us

1. you have to issue legal notice to the tenant for not paying the rent 2. you have to file the case for vacating the house and clearing the rent amount 3. The court will take initiative action to vacate the house and payment of amount
