I understand your problem. According to hindu succession act child has an equally right in the property of father also of girl child. Your father has purchased the property in the name of your mother so u have to prove these thing from documentary evidence or through witnesses.

It is easy if your mother is house wife and he has no any other source of income to purchase these valuable property.
Father has in good faith purchased all property in mother name if he wanted to restrict property than he donated the property.

You can file a partition suit before Sub-judge Patna along with a injunction petition is also required to file before the same court so that they can not sale the property in question to any other hands
