Regarding self acquired property partition suit

Sir my father purchased property in my mother name and mother doesn't have any independent source of income .
My mother wants to transfer it to my sister only and my family has died.
Can I claim a share in it.
No you can’t claim anything from this property bcoz it was purchased by your father from his own wish in the name of your mother ! At this stage your mother is absolute & sole legal owner of this property !

Yes there is a possibility of that in legal parlance it’s called Benami. However, recent judgements of the Supreme Court has barred such Civil Claims. Nevertheless, you should meet a lawyer and discuss this aspect in person.
