Regarding self acquired property partition suit

Sir my father purchased property in my mother name and mother doesn't have any independent source of income . My mother wants to transfer it to my sister only and my family has died. Can I claim a share in it.

No you can’t claim anything from this property bcoz it was purchased by your father from his own wish in the name of your mother ! At this stage your mother is absolute & sole legal owner of this property !

claim it immediately because abhi aap us pr stay le skte ki further koi sale purchase na ho... and if your mother transfer it than it will be difficult for you send legal advice for partition than file case before court... contact us for more free legal advice

who all are there in your family presently. when was the Property purchased and is there any registered will or any gift deed. who all are claiming that property. what is the present status of the property and who is in possession.

Yes there is a possibility of that in legal parlance it’s called Benami. However, recent judgements of the Supreme Court has barred such Civil Claims. Nevertheless, you should meet a lawyer and discuss this aspect in person.
