Regarding purchase of Scheduled caste land

I am satya prakash soni from faizabad
I want to know whether I can buy a land from a schedule caste person. I am OBC.
If yes then please tell me the exact procedure of land purchase.
on the above mentioned query it is not clearly written that the land is agricultural purpose or residential purpose.
but if the land is for agricultural purpose so, be cautious, before purchasing please verify that is the 143 done or not? if done , the there is no problem but if not, so please talk to the seller in this regard.
if the land is residential purpose then there is no problem for purchase. but please enquire all the previous documents thoroughly.

if land is non agricultural in this condition you purchase the land every person(general,obc,sc/st). if land is agricultural and below 5 acer than you must take permission of district magistrate. other wise this deed will be nol and void
