Our neighbour has opened diesel generators repair service centre operating since 6 yrs inspite of repeated request to stop he is least bothered , it has made my wife astamatic and sick she got breathing problem , it makes lot of noise with sound pollution, can we get legal help to stop the service centre and get adequate compensation for my wife who is suffering from this
The house you are leaving in should be your own house. you should also be having some medical records to show that it is giving you problems. record that sound in your mobile with video. first we have to make a complaint to BBMP.
