Regarding Hindu succession act

19-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
My grandfather has a son and a daughter, my mother. My uncle has registered all the property from my grandfathers name to his as soon as he got to know that my mother would be asking for a part from the property. Now my mother wants to file a case against her brother according to Hindu succession act, is it valid as the property is now on my uncles name and of unfortunately my grandfather demises in near future as he is ill. How to send a legal court notice to my uncle and what would be the impact of the same. Request you to kindly answer the above questions. Thank you!

your mother can claim in the right for that you need yo file a suit against to claim that property even you have to file a suit for cancellation if previous sale you have to take interim orders immediately in order stop further transactions on the property which may multiply the litigation. if interested please contact

as the properties were owned by your grandfather, your mothers share is inevitable. though he registeted it, yourmother can seek cancellation of same by filing a suit. notice isnt mandatory but it is better to send a notice first. consult us with propertyliction to advise further.
